This is by far the best tasting electrolyte mix, for dehydration, I've ever tasted. All of the drink mixes I have ever tried tasted like pedialyte or even worse. Pedialyte is a great product BUT I can not get past the taste of it. The only problem I have with this mix is that it becomes costly. Which that is the company’s fault so, that’s why I will still suggest these to anyone looking for something like this. They really are a great product. I personally have issues with staying hydrated because I have health reasons and certain medications that cause me to sweat more than I should during the day, even with just small tasks.I always make sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day, but that alone isn’t enough to keep me hydrated, I need a lot of help boosting my electrolytes. So, because of my that, I go through these packets too quickly.BUT!! I will always keep on hand for vacation or for my back up plan. Because they truly are the best tasting electrolyte mixes I’ve ever tried! And they most DEFINITELY work!So, if you are just looking for a normal electrolyte boost for a workout or even when you are sick and unable to drink enough, THESE are definitely for the win! And the best tasting out there!! No doubt! I will continue to order!

Totally awesome taste easy to use and staying hydrated

I am older but extremely active, live in a humid climate, hence perspire a great deal. This product is amazing. One or two packets in a 16 oz bottle immediately re-hydrate me and get me going again. Also, during gym workouts, it is amazing to keep me going to the next set of exercises. On occasion, I may have one or two too many Old Fashioned's. Drink this before going to bed and morning headaches and fragility are non-existent. It was recommended to me during a visit to my college bookstore by a young college student who said she used it. Now I see why. A little pricey, but totally worth it.

I liked the fact it performed as advertised and at a lower cost than a competitor. What I am disappointed in is the fact that the variety pack, and certain other size packs, only come in 3 flavors. Lemon is not my favorite and don't care for Passion Fruit at all.But I will continue to use because I have had surgically removed, 12 feet, of my small bowel. So I am very susceptible/prone to dehydration. I use at least 2-3 sticks per day.Thank you and keep up the work!Regards,Mr. Cee

I get drenched when I work out so I have to be cognizant about the amount of water I drink everyday. Drinking just water doesn't help when you sweat a lot and these things help tremendously. It says 8ozs, but I add them to 16ozs. I just pop open a bottle of water from Costco, pour this stuff in and drink up. I have one in the morning when I first get up (Think about it, you've just spent 6-8 hours, maybe more without any water) and after a work out. I'll have another later if it's a hot and humid day. I tried the brand Liquid IV and yeah, they tasted good, but like clockwork at 2am I'd wake up with stomach cramps. These don't bother my stomach at all! 100% recommend these!

The watermelon flavor is amazing!!! I wasn’t expecting them to taste as strong as they do. I thought the flavor would be light but they are very tasty. If you’ve ever had the big jug of amino acid, they remind me of that because of how strong the taste actually is. The amount to taste ratio is a bit different but I’d put one stuck in a regular sized water bottle. I’d drink a bit first so it doesn’t spill over. So in maybe 14-15 oz of water one stick would do the trick. Tastes great and definitely hydrated me more because I’d have to go to the bathroom a lot more lol.

Yesterday I did a motorcycle ride that was around 300 miles in the blazing hot sun and 92 degree weather. This stuff was an absolutely life saver. I couldn’t seem to drink enough Gatorade before I bought this stuff and the next day would still feel awful after drinking Gatorade all day. I feel awesome today after drinking A gallon of water with Drip Drop in it. Drip Drop got rid of my headache, kept me from cramping, and getting heat exhaustion. I highly recommend Drip Drop!!!! It may be a little on the expensive side, but totally worth the money. Especially if you are going to be in the hot sun and humidity for long periods of time. In my case I was out in it from 12:00 pm until the sun went down. I was in a full face helmet, jeans, boots, t shirt and a leather vest. With the heat coming off my motorcycle engine and pipes, straight up my leg.You can’t go wrong with Drip Drop!
