This is my 2nd dashcam. I really like it how it works. I bought first one for my husband, and second for myself. Working 2 years without any problems

Camera seems ok so far , but unfortunately the suction windscreen connector has fallen off twice. If it falls off again through the night I will have to contact Amazon to see how they can sort this out. The windscreen connector is a must other wise I obviously can't use the camera. So I will then have to return and give a bad review which isn't the cameras fault just the suction. NB this is my 2nd Transcend camera and the other one is over 5yrs old and never had a problem with the camera or the suction and it has swapped between cars for years.

In this dodgy day and age, it is very helpful to have a quality DashCam -- not only for your sake, but it could also help others. The insurance companies now often ask if you have a DashCam.

Die Dashcam kam sehr schnell bei mir an . Cam , Saugnapfhalter , Ladekadel und eine 32 GB Micro -SD Card sind im Paket enthalten. Zur Installation braucht man eigentlich keine 5 Minuten. Alles ist selbsterklärend. Mit den Aufnahmen bin ich sehr zufrieden , auch im dunkeln ist alles gut zu erkennen. Bei zu dunklen oder zu hellen Aufnahmen kann im Menü die Belichtung angepasst werden . Die Systeme wie Spurhalter , Auffahrwarner etc. arbeiten zuverlässig , sind aber wahrscheinlich nicht mit Original - Systemen der PKW Hersteller zu vergleichen . Das Display kann für Nachtfahrten automatisch ausgeschaltet werden , wobei dann aber alle Sicherheitssysteme deaktiviert sind . Meine Cam habe ich auf eine 128 GB -SD aufgerüstet , wobei die Originale 32-er auch ausreicht . In seltenen Fällen ist es bei sporatischen Tests vorgekommen, das eine manuell ausgelöste Notfall-Aufnahme nicht erfolgt . Aus diesem Grund bin ich eigendlich froh , das ich nicht die " Deutschland -Sonderedition " gekauft habe , da ich nun über das Menü eine für mich wichtige Szene immer noch manuell auswählen und noch sichern kann , was bei dem anderen Modell nicht möglich ist . Die GPS und Geschwindigkeits -Aufzeichnung funktioniert tatellos . Mit der über die Transcend Hompage herunterladbaren "Tool-Box " ist eine Nachverfolgung am PC möglich , die Position wird passend zum aktuellen Bild in der Karte angezeigt . Auf der Homepage gibt es auch eine ausführliche PDF -Anleitung zum Download . Der Saugnapf hält bombenfest , wobei er bei mir sogar noch auf einem Streifen Tönungsfolie sitzt . Das Ladekabel ist lang genug um es um die Frontscheibe herum zu verlegen .Kleiner Tip von LKW - Fahrer zu LKW Fahrer. Das Ladekabel ist für 12 -24 Volt ausgelegt und durch die flache Bauform der Cam ist sie auch gut an der Frontscheibe zu montieren , da der Sockel und die Kugelhalterung der Dashcam noch in sich etwas verstellt werden kann . Die Verbindung zum Smartphone über die Transcend App klappte auch nach 2-3 Versuchen . Die Clips können am Handy ( bei mir ein Galaxy X Cover 3 ) angesehen werden und bei Bedarf herunter geladen werden.Wie gesagt , ich bin zufrieden.

I have one of these in the front windscreen and one on the rear screen to give me good coverage.On board battery stays charged for a long time.Easy downloads.Very pleased with them and would highly recommend this brand

Purchased 2 months ago. Error message on SD card formatting required received several times. Tried formatting same problem Replaced SD card. Same Problem. Reset device. Then power supply problem error message. Disconnected and reconnected worked for 3-4 days now same error message displayed. Now no emergency recordings being made and SD card formatting message reappeared.Really disappointed it will not function as described. Not worth the money.
