I absolutely love this baking mix for waffles specifically. The mix is very smooth and you can't even taste that it's gluten free! I add chocolate chips or blueberries and it's delicious! I always have this mix in my pantry!

This product makes the most fluffy and tasteful gluten free pancakes I've ever had.I use the flour for coatings on meats and other dishes as well.

This mix is tha bomb. High protein and fiber in a delicious easy mix. I add nutmeg, allspice and or vanilla.It is gluten free but does have dairy.Light but filling way to start the day

I use Pamela's Gluten free, sugar free pancake mix to make my own, protein power pancakes. I love how it mixes up with all the chopped dates, nuts, bananas and blueberries, hempseeds. Bakes up nice and taste so good and good for you.

For someone who has to avoid gluten, Pamela's mix is a perfect substitute. Also very quick and easy: Add water, oil and egg, mix about 90%, and cook. From opening the package to dropping the first batch on the already heated griddle takes about one minute.

My daughter is gf and we tried various recipes from a different sites and blogs but we weren't successful in finding one that did not stick to the plan when cooking or have a weired texture, also the flavors weren't so good either. This mix is great, they ride like normal ones taste good and don't stick to the plan. Finally a winner,. As for the cost, a little pricey but worth it!

I have used Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix for years. Makes great muffins, pancakes and dumplings. It's a good idea to copy or clip the recipes on the package. I have had some favorites disappear when the packaging changed and had to call around to find the recipe I wanted.

My granddaughter always expects pancakes when she comes to visit she is 10. I cook everything gluten free. That doesn’t seem to bother her !
