These feeders are pretty darn nice!
The theater took my cat a few days to get used to but he’s loving it now. The size and shape of the dishes make it easy for him to get every last drop. He’s a big kitty and needed a big bowl. I was a bit confused by the instructions at first, because it mentioned some type of gear to look for when putting the battery in. After speaking with a representative, it is apparently not a very important item to be worried about and she’s not even sure why they even put it in there! I guess it pretty much just let you know that the battery is operating . It’s a very difficult dot to see and you’re really have to look hard. Let me and my cat love the feeder Peter the timer is not precise but it get you close enough to when you want it to open to be OK.

Fits perfectly, although cooling time is disappointing
I got this to have an ice-pack to swap out when my cat sitter came to clean the boxes and feed the cat. I was disappointed with the whole product because it only kept the food cold for a few hours. So, if you've got the C20 or C200 and like it, this is a great addition.
