For what I want it's actually really good, I put cold water in it and plug it in at 9am, I am a delivery driver so driving around all day, by 12.00 I have piping hot water to make a pot noodle or hot chocolate for my lunch, it might be quicker than that, but that's how I use it so I don't even check it before 12, the connection from the wire to the cup is a bit tight so make sure you plug it in properly as the light on the plug only shows the power is running to the lead, not to the cup

Zero value for money , this us my 3rd buy and they all stopped working after about 2 weeks. Total ripoff.

Ideal for keeping a hot drink hot when your in your car

Worked once, fills internally with water, when washing. Power plug on cup collapsed back into cup. But makes a good plant pot on kitchen window.

The socket on cup has gone in too far to connect properly
