Worked like a charm
Worked like a charm. I was able to fix my electrical problem. Traced the house wiring with this tester. Had a lose wire at the back of an electrical outlet that was not supplying power to the down stairs bathroom bathrooms. It is crazy they wired up stairs outlets to down stairs bathrooms. This device will come handy in the future.

Really great locator
We used to have some "old school" locators, but they have false signals all the time. This one is digital and really work well without false readings. It sends a coded signal, so you don't read signals from other sources. It works on live-voltages as well.Our mechanics love it. It is pricy, but well worth the money.

Great working tool
Great working tool, not as great overall as Ideal sure trace. Cat3 300v falls flat on safety, doesn't work on dead circuits as well as Ideal. All tracers do live circuits well so that means nothing. Ideal's clamp to trace conduit is just awesome
