Great quality and product. Comes with everything you need to mount it. Patch has loop portion (of hook and loop....aka Velcro) and also the hook portion/pad in case you need to sew that to whatever you are mounting this on.We placed it along the 'spine' portion of our dog's 'tactical' vest and it looks great!!
