Opening the package, the rim of the vase was cracked in several places. That is when you could see how cheap the material is that it is made. Went back and forth with customer service for about a week, they wanted to replace it, understandable. I thought I would at least put some flowers in it until replacement came. Water ran out all over the bottom. It is a pretty piece though.
