Wheels lasted only 3 years on this expensive Samsung dryer....installation was arduous, but these parts fit.Samsung... you need better engineering.

I don't know alot about the competition for Samsung - but I can tell you that I have had to replace the insides of this dryer several times. I paid a service person to replace the heating element. That was about $300. The second go around, I did it myself and it cost me about $80. When the dryer started rumbling, I looked at several online videos - and ordered this replacement pack for about $28. If you have ever worked on a Samsung - you already know that getting to the parts is quite challenging. Getting the barrel out is really a two-person job - though the entire project took me by myself about 4 hours.I will say that I spent much of the time cleaning and just trying to figure out how to get it done.Samsung- Maybe planned obsolescence is a common practice for all manufacturers - but five years is too short of time for the heating element to go out twice and the rollers needing replaced once.I am pleased to report that my dryer is working and without the horrendous rumbling sound. We will see how it performs with a load in - but so far so good.

Avoid the replacement ki: A Costly MistakeI'm writing this review out of a sense of duty to fellow consumers. I've never been one to leave negative reviews, but the kit was such a disappointment that I feel compelled to warn others.I purchased the entire kit, despite only needing a replacement pulley for my 9-year-old Samsung dryer. Unfortunately, within a month, the new pulley started making even more noise than the original one. Upon inspection, I discovered that the bearing had completely failed, with metal balls scattered around.Desperate to resolve the issue, I had no choice but to reinstall the old pulley. After a quick greasing, it was running smoothly again. It's a testament to the original part's quality and the shoddy workmanship of the replacement.I was equally unimpressed with the support wheels included in the kit. They moved less freely than the original 9-year-old ones, leading me to decide against using them.In conclusion, the pulley kit is a low-quality product that is not worth the investment. If you're looking for a reliable replacement part, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Little nervous because it didn't look the same but it seemed to be the right item number so we ordered it. It was a great price, and it was exactly what we needed!

Fits like factory and was way cheaper to buy than at the appliance store. Was a breeze to install every part.

Worked wonderfully

Dryer was squeaking and groaning terribly after 7 years of use. This kit fixed all the noise. Only problem...it did not come with someone to do the installation for me! I got it done but removing the drum is a hassle and I would suggest more than 1 person is needed, but that is not the fault of the new pieces. There is an occasional smell of hot rubber the first few uses but it is fading with time and there were some noises at the beginning as well. If needed (hope never again) I would buy another kit definitely beat the price of any Samsung Repair Man or a new dryer.

With package works, will last roughly a year of use.
