Paint feels very tacky to the touch right out of the package. Poor quality control. Not worth sending back.

One of the very best skinny water crankbaits.
I went to these this year. Storm stopped making the Subwart several years ago and I had just about used up my stock pile of them. The Mann's 1 Minus seems to be just as productive. I've lost fish a little more than average though with them. I'm thinking it may have something to do with the smaller rear treble. Look out too when the fish throws the hooks in shallow water! More often than not the bait comes rocketing back out of the water straight towards your head lol.All that said bass are very aggressive towards these and they're a lot of fun to use.
