Great book
This is a very informative guidebook. This book discusses the topic of codependency, Many people struggle for years to let go of their codependency, I read this book some of the chapters I can know many of things, like The severity of codependency and its impact on individuals, The real “culprit” who is to blame for your codependency etc. The author very clear and well writing. I like this book.

Liberating
This book has given me clarity. Its amazing how education on a topic can really change your perspective! I feel liberated after reading this book

More of an introduction than solution...
It’s obviously a self published book as you encounter typos and grammatical errors every 15 or 20 pages in. I don’t have a huge problem with this but it is distracting and I think having a real editor be involved would have caught the areas in this book that were too thin and given the author a chance to flesh this out better.A main point they kept referring to was you having poor self esteem and a harsh inner critic of yourself can lead you to looking for reassurances from others and depending on them for self worth. Cool. That’s not too hard to understand and can help you pause and think about your own relationships. Their solution? A two page reply that you should give yourself some positive affirmations during the day and all your problems will melt away. Really? Well I may have overstated the melting away part, but all the tools you’re going to offer for fixing your sense of self worth from negative criticism is saying you’re awesome to yourself? Consider me underwhelmed.So for a $3 book I bought on kindle it’s not an unfair price for what you get and there were some good points that will maybe introduce you to some concepts to get you on the right path, but how to face and conquer your demons not so much. If you recognize parts of yourself in this one you’ll still need a lot more help elsewhere to get the peace you’re looking for.

Quick read
This book packs so much into a small package. The book is organized and easy to understand. This is the first book I have read about codependency and I am glad I did. Looking forward to my road to recovery.

Extremely Helpful
This book has been a Godsend for me. Seriously, it feels like this author wrote this book FOR me in order for me to FINALLY heal & get better. I am so grateful for this book and I can already feel the positive impact it is making on me & my life & my recovery from years and years of codependency. I highly recommend if codependency is an issue you struggle with!

A nice summary of codependency
It was a good refresher and accurately describes the challenges. I’m pleased with the descriptions and the recommendations. I think therapy, a workbook, and a 12-step group would also be needed to actually begin working with yourself.

Very good quick read
I actually enjoyed this book more than I expected. It was very helpful in identifying codependent behaviors and it acknowledged the vast spectrum of causes that contribute to codependent relationships. There were also numerous practical exercises to recover from these damaging behavioral patterns. Examples of specific scenarios were also included to aid in understanding. Overall, I was pretty impressed with this book. It was a decent price and provided good advice and knowledge. I would recommend it if you don't have a very thorough understanding of codependency basics.
