I've been a user of Tanita for probably 10 years, and have referred several other professionals to purchase the BF-350 in the past. I was irritated when I had to purchase the new software package (updated software) at full price, when I already owned their software. But I ordered it anyway, and discovered that I couldn't even import the hundreds of files logged in the old version of the software, into the new version. They changed the name of the software, jacked up the price, charged full price to upgrade the software, and didn't even make it compatible with the old software. I'm a huge fan of the BF-350 analyzer, but this software issue is frustrating.That said, it would probably be great software for a new user who doesn't need to import old files.
