I’ve been looking for a perfect nude for my skin tone for 20 years and I finally found it! This color (Chic) is exactly the tone of my own lips, but it evens out the pigmentation and looks really nice. My lips but better. This color is not as warm as it looks in the photos; it’s a neutral-leaning-cool mauve beige nude. That’s the best way I can describe it. It’s very close to the Maybelline super stay lip crayon in the color “trust your gut”. It’s also very much like the Milani lip crayon in “I can’t even”, if those references help. The only gripe I have is that the bullet was loose in the cap, but I just pushed the bullet back in the tube (very carefully, wound all the way to the top) and it works just fine. I will be buying backups of this. It’s highly pigmented and one-swipe coverage. Eddie did good with this one and I plan to try the other colors available. If you like a mauve nude, this won’t disappoint, especially if you have neutral or cool undertones in your skin. Tip: if you find it a bit dry when applying, I like to use a tiny amount of lip balm first and then apply. For me, it dried down (albeit slower than normal) perfectly and stayed put. This just became my new HG nude lippie.

Love this product, goes on smoothly and stays on all day. The perfect matte color for my lips and make-up needs. I have this one on auto subscribe!!

Lovely color that’s unfortunately part of a clumpy, difficult to apply, drying formula it’s more like a very large bad liner. Late 90’s Wet and wild was better than this.

First off, I like the color of this crayon. While it is a bit dry for my lips, it mixes well with other lipstick. Matte lipsticks are not my favorites because they are always drying. As for long wearing, it’s kind of in-between for me. Overall, it has a nice color, and it is a good “mixer”.

Package was opened and lipstick was broken. It looks like it has been tampered with. I bought this lipstick before and it seems like the quality has gone down. Which sucks because it was one of my favorites :/

This is more of a seller review. I did leave a review for seller, already, more for information purposes where I tried to tell them about this issue. I originally thought it an amazon issue but I think it's the seller's responsibility to label items...but I have received the wrong color three times. Yes, I really wanted the color, The Big Tease, but it is not to be, at least for the moment. The first one ordered I opened before I realized I got the wrong item. I really tried to like the color (and I will add that this color, Kiss Me Twice, is not even on the order list)...but I didn't like the color, at all. Anyway, You can see that the item has the correct info on it but the color is not the color. Repetitive, I know, but I'm super annoyed, and yes, I know I sound like a spoiled chick...There are more important things going on in the world, these days, for sure! I can say that the lipstick, itself, is really nice. The texture is nice. It smells good, and there is no waxy taste. It goes on smoothly and lasts fine...I usually don't spend too much on lipstick as I feel lipstick is usually overpriced. This one being around $13 was kind of up there for me (but not over the top), but I felt like trying something new. This is part of my entertainment during quarantine as I'm sure others might relate...For now, I will stick with my $5 NYX Mattes as they are pretty awesome. Okay, rant over...
