Good quality
Measurements were etch in and easy to read. Finish and workmanship is good. They is a small hole that you can use to tie it to your crate or kayak. The sticker was not easy to remove but you can slowly but surely scrub it off. I would recommend, it does the job.

It’s a ruler!!
It works great for tournaments. Had to laugh when others said it was a 1/4 in off. If you know how to read a tape measure or ruler than you know the longest line is the one inch mark. Second longest is your 1/2 inch mark. The short marks are the 1/4 inch marks. The number is just written to the side of the longest mark.

Nice ruler but the label is a real challenge.
As commented on Amazon previously, removing the large paper label is a REAL challenge. I use GooGone to get sticky labels off of my stuff, it works, but you have to be patient and not rush the job. Here is my effort at this label- Peel the clear plastic cover off of the (large) paper sticker AND THEN peel as much of the enameled paper covering off of the sticker as you can - THEN - spray GooGone on the remaining sticky glue paper. Give the chemical some time to break down the adhesive. The sticky adhesive will turn into a soft 'jelly' substance which can be gently scraped off with a credit card or similar plastic blade. Don't use a metal blade. Wipe the goo off the ruler with a paper towel and repeat the process with another shot of GooGone to clean off the minor residue left on the ruler. Yep, it is a time consuming job so just be ready to take your time. Not sure why Berkley decided to use that particular adhesive, I think anyone who buys one will agree that a less aggressive adhesive would be much better for the consumer but that is just my 2 cents worth of opinion...

Just what I was looking for
I was worried about the GLUE! Not a big deal, as most fishermen have a fillet knife. I used the knife carefully on each side, and got 95% of the adhesive and all the paper. After that a little skin so soft and a paper towel and I was done in a few minutes and now smells nice!! LMAO!!

Sticker doesn’t want to come off
Great product, the only complaint I have is the following. I’m not exactly sure why you would please the sticker on the product. It took a lot of work to remove the sticker and not damage the ruler in the process.
