I'm doing this review after returning it and reordering A LOT because after reading a lot of reviews and Q&A's I noticed most people said to size down. DO NOT and I mean, DO NOT SIZE DOWN (unless you're wearing it out to go out and you're expecting a specific figure temporarily). BUT... if you're expecting to use it on a daily basis and/or workout either size up 1 or 2 sizes.For example, my mother wears 2XL and she got a 4XL. It's great for exercising and keeping your back straight.At first we ordered a size Large but it was SUPER TIGHT and we couldn't even close it. My mom couldn't even breathe trying to put it on. So we tried an XL and even then it couldn't close, and finally decided to order a 4XL (2 sizes bigger than her regular clothes size). This one was the right size and now she LOVES it! This waist trainer holds everything in, straightens her back, and it's breathable! She can finally move around with one and even do her daily workouts with it on.Moral of the story, size up (1 or 2 sizes from your regular size)!

I’ll try & be as detailed as I can because it’s not a bad trainer in my opinion. My favorite trainer brand is Yianna but they've been out of stock for almost 2months now (GREAT BUY BTW).CHARMIAN REVIEW: I am 5’2” 175lbs, measurements 38-35-42 ugh not cute but anywho ...Ordered a 2XL (32.7-34.5) according to measurements. First the smell grossed me out but I know how to eliminate it but can’t until I have the right one. (Baking soda & Apple Cider Vinegar soak w/air dry just FYI)... First level of hooks a little work but not difficult, FIRST SIGN I needed to go down a size. Wore it anyway just for trial & error (highly suggested). I’ve had it since Wednesday, today is Monday and it’s looser than it should be. WHEN you can relax your abdominals & see it uhm NOPE & today I’m able to move to the second hook easy...NOPE NOT GOOD. My theory, because it relaxed after just 4-5 days, I’m going down at least 2inches from my measurements not only will give me an extreme fit but will make sense after a few days wear. Honestly 4-5 days will give u it’s true fit if you wear it consistently I have. I wore it to work out & during the day. Average wear for me was 6-8 hours a day for 5 days.Why I gave it 5 stars? The fit all the way to the underarm back fat was excellent vs my Yianna & it's because of the adjustable strap. One thing I HIGHLY SUGGEST you pay attention to when reading these reviews is because they mixed & not specific to the same waist trainer. My review is SPECIFICALLY to the trainer with the adjustable straps.I did however order the other without the adjustable strap also for comparison. It’s quite a bit more sturdy & was too small in the same size. Highly recommend getting exact size or one up with that one.Returning today & should receive the new one tomorrow will try & give my theory results... #PEACE

I ordered this May 25, 2018 and at first I loved it! It went on nice and tight, the material felt like good quality. I ordered a small Im about 160lbs 5'5 and at first I thought it wasnt going to fit me. And having acrylic nails it was a struggle to put on but I did it. I had it on and it felt great it had a nice tightness to it, I was happy. The only thing was that my back fat popped out from near the back of my armpit area making it look a little funny but to me it really wasn't a big issue it just meant I had to work out my back a little more. I was happy and only used it when working out(3-4 times a week if I remember to put it on) . My workouts consists on cardio on the stair master and doing free weights. Well two weeks in and the second hook of the clincher came off, still I thought no biggie the rest still work fine and will still close and hold everything in place. Today (3 weeks after receiving this product) as I was working out my waist trainer ripped! I became so disappointed in this product because it felt like the material was good. I've had other waist trainers before made of latex and yeah the wires came off and poked the hell out off me but never did they ripped like this and lasted for quite some time. Their material was way stronger than this. Sadly very disappointed that this product didnt last very long.

LOVE this product. I was hesitant about ordering one but I'm so glad that I did. I received the Charmian Women's steel boned latex waist trainer on time. The packaging was a little strange but once you open it you can kind of see why it had to be. Don't let it throw you off ;) you will be pleasantly surprised despite the packaging.The material is as described and seems really well made. I feel as though the clasps will hold up to any amount of pressure. It's comfortable and a great length, I was worried about where the bottom would cut off, if it would create a "muffin top" effect, but it goes down far enough creating a nice line. It's pretty easy to put on if you start at the bottom and work your way up. I am about 170lb 5.6" and went with the halter spaghetti strap option in black, size XXL. I can put it on the middle clasps comfortably and hope withing a bit of time I can move to the smallest ones before moving down to a smaller size all together, which I will be purchasing from this seller! The only reason I am giving 4stars is due to the straps bulging out in a funny way making my chest look odd. I am a 36 DD so it isn't because there is excess material. The reason I ordered this style over the classic corset style is because I wanted a clean line up my back and through my top as well. To avoid an "upside-down muffin top" if you will. Which I was right and there are much cleaner lines from top to bottom. There's just the weird bulge from the inside of my arms to the flush of my chest.I even tried adjusting the straps but it still just make my chest look a little odd. All together though I love this waist trainer and would absolutely recommend it to others and will be ordering another one!

Excellent quality and I love the material but unfortunately it too small. I will return it and order a bigger size.Thanks for your understanding.

Ordered this and received it within 2days very fast delivery and it fits like a glove and I chose by what sizes I buy in retail stores ! very comfortable too considering its purpose ! In time I will get used to it ! First day wearing it so will post another review soon on my experience With it but so far very impressed ! Also bought eveline slim extreme 3D in blue to apply before wearing this which works extremely well would recommend this to accompany it !

Calidad muy buena.Ideal para llevar mientras trabajas, en el gimnasio, o mientras haces tus tareas diarias.Lo único, de talla un poco justo.Si estás dudando entre una talla u otra yo cogería la mayor.

Good product but too big. I'm 14/16 and the 14-16 was way too big so ordering the 12.
