Have used these a few times so far and they seem to be great quality however, until i can really get a lot of use from then, i can't speak to how well they hold up long term.The sizing is a little tricky. I came in at 13 inches which is an XL, but went one size lower for a tighter fit. They are not as tight as I expected (still perfectly normal fit but i prefer stronger compression) and I probably could have got away with a Medium. When measuring your arm, only use a slight elbow bend then take off about an inch if you like a firm fit.Regardless of the compression preference, these are very good sleeves and help when lifting heavy to take some pressure off my elbows. They also have good breathability to them so your elbows won't be completely soaked with sweat when you take them off...only moderately sweaty elbows

I’m 6’, 245 pounds (111kg). I started using iron bull by trying the lever back brace. After loving how good it worked I figured i would replace all my old stuff with iron bull. I got the wrist wraps and wrist straps. The straps were so much better than my old ones compared to when they were new. The padding is so much better and the wraps don’t dig into my skin on heavy pulls. Then I got the knee sleeves. When I have them on I don’t feel any pain in my knees and the spring I get from them is amazing. So I decided to get the elbow sleeves. Never had them before and after my right elbow started to hurt from a tendon issue, figured let’s give them a try. When I have them on I have no pain. I got a size large and they are tight on my arms and don’t move when doing an exercise. My measurement off the chart was 13” and I’m happy with the large size. I’m pretty sure iron bull with be my go to for equipment. Great products and great price.

1st of all they are way toooo short2nd they are too loose they don’t even help with anything ( I used their size chart by the way to order these XL sleeves )And 3rd they are cheap in every way. The material is nowhere near any type of quality.

My current neoprene elbow supports are getting old and a little shredded on the ends so I thought I'd purchase new ones. I measured myself based on the instructions and ordered the XXL based on that. They came in and were too loose. So I returned them and ordered the XL size. They were tight in some spots and still looser than I wanted in others. So I'm returning these too. This brand just isn't for me I guess. Hopefully others have better fits/luck.

Seems to have worked for me. At first, I thought it would be too loose, but it worked out to being just fine. Any tighter and it would probably kill the muscles it sits across on the arm. It really helped my elbow out both by giving it stability, and by being too bunchy when I would bend my arm, making it so I couldn’t bend it so tightly. I still bought an elbow strap as well, but that was so I could use that in conjunction with the sleeve on the really bad days.

Absolutely worth your money! These elbow sleeves definitely did the work in my push day. I am 6’3 240lbs and ordered myself a medium; I chose a size smaller because I wanted them to be perfectly fitted and not lose. These elbow sleeves made me forget about my horrible elbow pain/tendonitis I was able to work up to 350lbs on bench press with no pain as well working up to 100lbs dumbbells OHP. These elbow sleeves are insane just like the knee sleeves they have. Completely satisfied 👏🏻

So far these are great and fit pretty good, though they should taper in at the elbow joint itself... they really don't taper in at all. I have kind of large biceps and forearms and they large fits both spots perfectly but i wish they were a bit tighter on the elbow itself. I may throw in the dryer and see what happens.But.... I do love them and they are working better than others I have tried that are 3xs as expensive!

These are good quality sleeves, very supportive for pressing work especially with tendonitis in my elbows. I ordered a size down for a tighter fit they proved to be a bit too tight I can still put them on but its too tight but thats my fault. I will let my son have these and order the size intended for me.

For elbows everywhere. This product keeps the area warm and protected. They do not restrict movement and give you confidence to train daily, without any adverse reaction to elbows.

exactly what I was after, great fit/thickness/quality

I strained both of my elbows lifting weights so I decided to purchase some elbow sleeves a few months ago to reduce the pain. Since this was the first time purchasing sleeves I wasn't really sure what to look for so I ended up buying a pair of cheap $12.00 from another company. That was a mistake. I did a bit more research and stumbled up Iron Bull, which cost a bit more but based on the reviews on Amazon, as well as other sites, I decided to try them out. Man, what a difference compared to the first pair I bought. The quality of Iron Bull was far superior, and they actually helped reduce the pain in my elbows by quite a bit. I was so impressed with these that I ended up purchasing knee sleeves and resistance bands directly from their website (only cause it was slightly cheaper). In terms of sizing, I measured a size large for both my elbow and knees, however, because I like it to be snug I ended up going down a size to medium for both. Highly recommend these sleeves. Again, they are a bit pricier, but you can't put a price on your body and health.
