Question 1

Some Amps tend to still push power even when power swich is turned off. If this happends, does this swich have protection so I dont fry my other amp when switching?

There may be some bleed thru of current but, it is minimal and should not damage your amp.  I use this unit with a 250 watt solid state amp and a tube amp.

Will this unit receive banana plug speaker wire terminators?

Does using a switcher degrades sound quality, comparing to speakers directly connected to an amp?

I just finished install of mine to switch between a Rogue tube amp and my Denon AVR.  I cannot tell any degradation in sound quality.  I used the largest wire that would insert into the terminal strip of the switch and kept the wiring as short as possible  I routed the wire through a speaker switch as well so I could use heavier speaker wire and bi-wire to my Vandersteen speakers.  The terminal strip on the switch would not have accommodated the wiring I currently used with the speakers.

Are the (easily stripped) screws securing each wire replaceable?

They’re small little inset screws that probably aren’t too hard to find. I didn’t have too much trouble with the screw stripping but more difficulty getting enough bite to hold the wires securely.
