I use these bottles to preserve wine. Each small bottle is exactly one glass so I pour off 4 glasses in 4 bottles seal and drink what's left which is one glass as there are 5 glasses to a bottle. As a wine collector I have used many expensive innovations but this low tech option works extremely well and can preserve wine poured to the top for weeks. I was sent the wrong size cap. The companies customer service couldn't have been nicer in sending replacement tops.

In my Florida garden, I grow chili peppers and ferment them with other veggies like garlic, onion, etc. to make my own small batch hot sauces. Often I keep them a bit chunky for dipping (salsa) but sometimes I blend them thoroughly to make a true sauce. These NiceBottles - Hot Sauce Bottles was the best deal I found for this amount of woozy bottles with black caps. Flow restrictors and shrink wrap are included. They arrived well-packaged with no damaged units.It is totally your choice if you want to use the flow restrictors, but if you have a watery sauce that is really hot, they may be a good idea. Sterilize the bottles and caps thoroughly before filling. You'll need a small funnel to more easily get the sauce in the bottles. Overall I'm very pleased. The bottle looks classic and you can put a label on them if you so desire. They're great to give as gifts (when filled) to the right persons. If you're looking to sell your sauce, you may want to look into larger bulk options if funds permit.~ Kort

The drippers are easy to put on and the lid fits nicely over the top. I've bought bottles before where the drippers are already set inside the lid and, while more hygienic because you don't touch it, it makes it difficult to put the lid on. I'll buy these ones from now on I think.
