This is a copy of the note we sent to Amazon a few days ago.Ref, DOGKIND hip & joint aid soft chew supplementsWe purchased this product through Amazon.co.uk whilst we were in England a few weeks ago, Because we bought through Amazon we assumed that all products would be in first class order and only noticed the Best By date had expired when we returned to Turkey. The chews are depicted as being light brown and square. The out of date (Best by 12/2013) chews we have are dark brown and more rounded.Because we value our dogs health we do not want to feed this product to them in case there would be any detrimental problems for them. We have written a note to the actual supplier several days ago but have had no reply so far. We enclose a picture of the incorrect product in this note.We require a replacement product which is in date or a complete money refund. We live in Turkey but we can return the product through the Amazon channels from here if that is possible, but if necessary we will send them back my mail but not at our cost.
