I really love this multi because it has so much packed into it with top quality ingredients. I haven't found any other multivitamin with so many good ingredients and nutrients. I could feel a big difference after taking it consistently for a few weeks. My body just overall feels so much better which is extremely important because I am an endurance athlete so my body needs all the nutrients it can get to perform at it's best. The pills are not small and you need to take 6 of them. The smell and pepper flavor are pretty strong. Don't know if they are worth it.
