Very nice decorative piece. Made from beefy 1/2" thick aluminum plate. Nicely finished. Would have given 5 stars except that picture does not represent the item. Picture shows a hole for a stock to pass thru for a more realistic 3D appearance. Item received has a cross bar where the stock should be, giving a 2D appearance. Makes it easier to wall mount I suppose. Anyway, I sawed the cross bars off, drilled a 1/2" hole, slipped through a length of 1/2" aluminum bar, and made a more realistic appearing anchor. Great pool decoration for this old sailor.

Heavier than expected. Well made. I believe it will hold up to the elements .I know it's a wall hanging, but we live on the lake and thought it would be a great "lawn ornament". And.... it is!

When i decided to use a nautical decor in the spare bedroom one of the things I needed was an anchor. I really had to search. I didn't want some cheap fake looking anchor. I found this and it is perfect. I was surprised as to how heavy it is. Luckily I hit a stud just where I wanted to hang it. Thanks for making a great product.

Using for poolside decor - nice size and the aluminum will never rust - mine had a busted bolt at the top ring, but not worth removing a star, was easy to replace
