I've struggled with IBS for quite a while, particularly after needing a course of antibiotics, and my gut just never seemed to get back to normal. These capsules work well for me. I have been using them about 9 months. I have been using Zipvit for many years and they have always been good and reliable.My only question is how long you should keep on using them. Probably just trial and error.

After a bout of Campilobactor a year or so ago I was looking for ways to get my digestive system back to normal. I read some reviews of pre and probiotic supplements and thought this product offered a good answer at a reasonable price. The bottle arrived quickly and i began taking one a day. I did not notice any difference in my digestion, but slowly became aware of a drawback. I began getting headaches every day centred on my neck, and also a slight feeling of nausea. At first I did not associate it with this product but slowly it dawned - these problems started after I began taking the capsules. I stopped taking them and the headaches went away after a few days. I should have consulted my doctor about this kind of supplement - I have angina and I think the ingredients were possibly affecting my blood circulation, and causing headaches. Like other rviewers, and although the seal was unbroken on receipt I did find the contents low on capsile count. My conclusion from this experience is not to order and consume supplements without medical advice, though they may well suit many people without it. As an added note - I received a message from the seller and they are unexpectedly giving me a refund. My experience of the product is the same but my view of the seller is therefore different and I have given them an extra star. If you are sure your medical condition is OK then this product may well suit you.

I take at night before bed which has really helped my ibs and stopped morning bloating

I have ordered these twice now, so been taking them for 4 months. These have really worked for me. I have much better digestion and my bloating has consistently reduced. I found taking one every night before bed helps me as I am waking feeling better and my system is reset almost immediately after waking. They are easy to take with no harsh side effects. I have tried other pre and probiotics with little to no effect. I won’t be trying anymore now that I have found what works for me. You don’t have to store them in the refrigerator and they are so affordable unlike other more expensive brands.

Nice probiotic, fairly big for a tablet but we're easy to swallow and didnt break up. Helped to ease my gut and reset gut bacteria. I had less gastric symptoms taking these. No unpleasant taste or smell. Value for money.
