I bought this for a child and it fits perfectly everywhere except for the width in between the legs is a little wide but I've bought it continuously because it's a good price and it works well.

They work until my son's insurance approves him getting pullups again.

Usually arrives 2 days after purchase. Small/Medium fits my ~67-70 lb 5-year-old really well. Great absorption!

These are completely horrible! Don’t buy them! My son is 5 yo. He’s completely potty trained during the day, and can stay dry during naps, but he’s not ready to stay dry all night. He had started consistently wetting through his Goodnites, so I was looking for another product. We stopped using these after 2 nights!!! The 2nd night, he wet through 3 of these!!! And the 1st was less than 3 hours after he went to bed. We’ve started waking him up to go to the bathroom around then to try and have a pull up/underwear last through the night as he gets older. It seems like these don’t even hold 1 time that he peed. Goodnites are much better. He’s only 45 lbs. He’s getting too big for any nighttime underwear I can find for his age, but if he pees for us 1 time 2-3 hours after he goes to bed, then he can make it until morning a lot and not wet through. Going back to Goodnites! He also thought these were uncomfortable, and didn’t like wearing them. And he has no sensory issues w/ clothes or anything. And there’s no refunds. I contacted the seller. We’ll see if this was a complete waste of my money for us to be up SO many times at night.

Used for disabled grandson. They work well and are comfortable as well. A bonus is they’re like underwear so he’s more like his classmates.

I tried these because my son was leaking out of Underjams (which he had been wearing for over a year with no issues). These are much more expensive than the Underjams and the leakage rate is pretty much the same. the only benefit to these is that there is extra room so we can add a liner. Even with that he still leaks a couple times a week. :(

I purchased these for my 5 year old son as he still has accidents periodically. They never worked and he would still wet his bed...which would result in changing sheets in the middle of the night and cleaning him up. I would PASS on these!! I just purchased the "GoodNites" Nighttime Underwear and they work great. He already wet himself and his pajamas and bed stayed dry.

This item has been the perfect solution to my growing son's ongoing dependence on continence aids. They fit perfectly, and are absorbent enough for any mishaps. Since switching to these, he's even.begun to make significant progress in independent toileting. I couldn't be happier with the product.
