I’ve been doing keto and SOMETIMES I want pasta or Mach n cheese etc.. I just finished my first meal with it. They are perfect. I really don’t understand people not liking the texture or flavor. It’s pretty much flavorless. Which is even better to me. You can add whatever u want. Almost the same texture as pho honestly. They are expensive but each pack comes with two packets inside. Thank you!

These made me almost puke from the texture. It was so bad. They have no taste which is great but I couldn’t handle them. Now I’m stuck with 3 bags since it was a 4 pack and I can’t return what I threw away.

I find this ‘noodle’ is best served with a hearty Bolognese or other meat sauce. The ‘noodles’ are very stretchy with an odd bite to them. Also, they don’t pick up the flavor of the sauce used.I tried them yesterday with a lemon butter white wine sauce I have made for years. I toss it in a pan with the pasta to finish pasta cooking and absorb flavor. This… didn’t absorb and the noodles mouth feel was… slithery in a bad way.I’m diabetic, a carb junkie trying to go as keto as I can- so desperate for a good pasta replacement. This isn’t it for me.

Yes, the product is expensive, but I found the portion size is perfect for one person and really like the fact it is carb free. I am new to Keto and have been craving noodles so when I saw these, I had to give them a try. the only thing was the texture in chewing is like an aldenta (sp) regular noddle. If you are looking for a pasta noddle this would be a good choice.

Got these and wanted to try them right away. Fixed Spaghetti!! Opened package and there were 2 individual pouches in the pack so that I hadn’t expected (didn’t really read real close I guess). Just opened 1 package and followed the directions to rinse thoroughly under cold water for 2 minutes . They do have a kind of fishy smell to them. Put them in the microwave to warm them up after rinsing. Topped with sauce and tasted. They do seam to be quite rubbery. BUT…. They really weren’t bad overall. If you have a thing with texture these may not be for you! A lot less work than spaghetti squash!! But…. Still not sure they are better overall.

The fettuccini noodles were the worst of the two. They package these noodles in water. Because they did it tastes like you are eating water and chewing on a sponge.The spaghetti noodles did not hold water as bad, however it felt like you were chewing on rubber. Once I placed Sauce and parmesan cheese on it was not so bad. I did make a second serving.We are trying a different product, as we just were not happy with these.

I placed them in the airfryer for 2 minutes and became dry and less chewy. Absorbed the taste of the bolognese better than usual. For zero calorie noodle was a good option

These are beyond horrible! They look wonderful but they come swimming in the most awful smelling fish sauce I've ever smelled in my life! You can rinse and rinse and rinse and you will never get this awful smell or taste out of them. Gave them all to a food bank and really doubt if anyone else will be able to stand them either. Total waste of money!
