I needed this computer for eveyrthing

The laptop received had a sharp screen but it ended there nothing else operated and my contact with tech support was much less than satisfactory. The laptop was returned I am now awaiting the replacement. Hopefully the replacement will operate. Replacement is operating well so far

The computer was not in a user friendly condition the power supply did not work and there was no indication or paperwork to indicate there would be problems until the updates were installed. Fortunately I did not send the unit back until after one snd a half days of updates. Now it is a great computer considering it is a 2019 model.

I’ve had this computer only a few days but set up was very easy. The sound quality is very good as well. It’s faster than my old computer but my other computer was 7 years old. I’m not a gamer so I can’t speak to any of those features. I‘ll use this for remote teaching and for personal home use. Overall, I really like this computer for the quality and price.

I am very disappointed with this product .This product was running very slowly from the time I opened the box . It take minutes to boot up, and after it boots up it takes far to long for programs to run. I contacted the seller about this issue and they suggested that I go to Geek Squad to get this checked out. Geek Squad confirmed that the product is defective and it should not be running this slowly since it is new.Terrible Experience

After a year of using this laptop, I really have to submit a review. This is the WORST laptop/computer I purchased from dell. I have been a long-time customer for Dell, however, this laptop is inexcusable for the slow technology, after all, this was 2020 when I purchased this. DON'T BUY IT!!!!

I mainly use this to access the Internet. I find it frequently struggles with web pages such as Google Maps, streaming video, etc. If it is downloading a Windows update you can forget about using it until the download is completed. For the price, I would expect a computer that can handle this kind of stuff well.

Larger than I expected but I can work with it .... will not carry out very often .. usually work from home. As with any new computer and software there's a bit of a learning curve .. but we're working through it ... I only hope it will last as long as the one it's replacing ... a 12 yr old Toshiba.
