Love this book. Has a mask and scrub for any skin type. And the other feature I really like is that most of the ingredients you have them at home or are easy to find in a grocery store.

I picked up this scrubs and masks book because my girl friend told me how good it is. I am totally new to natural beauty and as a beginner I am looking for some cool ideas of how the whole process works. I read already through the book and I am very happy that I did. This book gives me all the basics and the framework that I need in order to get started with natural beauty and scrubs and masks. I am looking forward to continue with the process because I know that natural beauty is the way to go instead of these unhealthy industrial stuff.
