This is a great summary of business sense. The review at the end of each chapter is very helpful to the reader.

Great book on coaching!

I bought this book for a college class I was taking. I am a certified life coach and so was interested to read on a subject I am passionate about. I found this to be very textbook-like and extremely sterile. It is published by Harvard Business School, so what was I expecting, right?

Nice book. To understand in depth about coaching and mentoring

Very informative and concise. Links theory and practice. Text flows in a logical manner. Good book to have for an all round picture.

The Section on Mentoring helped me to make a Note to inform potential mentors on their role. I wanted their acceptanceto create a group of mentors for young " start ups ", and entrepreneurs wanting to grow their business. Our organisation is the World Zarathusti Chamber of Commerce and I am one of the International Board Members.The book has been of Value.

May be a good book but what I was expecting was different and some of the concepts were uncovered
