Water based undercoat which was surprising. Easy to apply with the applicator. Bit of a pain having to wait for this to dry before applying the lacquer. Perfect colour match. Gives a good result though if you take care.

This is a genuine Mazda item, and having used it for touch-ups to the front bumper and bonnet I can say the colour match for Mazda's Soul Red Crystal is excellent. Nice even applicator as well btw so you don't get a "blob" on the surface of your bodywork ! Well worth it for those small stone chip repairs. An easy 5 star.
