Vitacost Synergy 3000 Multi-Vitamin - 180 Capsules

I saw Dr. Oz do a vitamin program on Oprah. These were the closest I could find to what he recommends for women age 45 and up. I took them for 3 months and thought I didn't notice a difference and didn't want to spend the money for another 3 months supply. Why bother right? Wrong!!! After about 2 weeks of not taking them I was dragging and couldn't figure out why I was so tired...then the light bulb went on the vitamins!!! I take one in the morning and one at night as Dr Oz suggestes. The bottle says 6 a day GET REAL lol. I got my boyfriend and brother on the mens version and my brother really misses his naps and my boyfriend has way more energy. He made the mistake of not taking them for a week and had the same light bulb moment I had several years ago. Oh and you know how when you take vitamins your urine is bright yellow or orange? That is because your body isn't using all of the vitamins you are taking in, your body dumping the excess (or so I have been told). I was really surprised that I didn't have really bright orange/yellow urine in the morning and took that as another sign that my body is using what I am taking and not sending my money down the tubes, literally.

I would have LOVED this product but my son and I have magnesium sensitivity so it makes us a little tired even when we only took two. We have the same issue with muscle milk as well as other high end products. We both take it occasionally to sleep. Love most vitacost products. My neice who is a little on the hyper side loves this product

Like the product. A little expensive. I take 2-3/day instead of six.

Buyer beware. Different packaging amd a damaged bottle.I bought 6 bottles of this supplements and the manufacture and labeling is different than the product description. Is does not state that in the listing. Is also has a warning sticker from CA that is can cause birth defects. One of the lids was damaged and there was almost no protective packagingBuy them from the manufacturer, so much cheaper at 29 and they have coupon codes all the time!
