They work and it seems like they're brighter than the original bulbs
I wasn't sure what size bulb to get for my vent hood because there was very little info on the hood. And there was a warning about using a specific type of bulb suitable for certain conditions... I would state it here but the sticker has degraded since then and I can't read it anymore. Anyway, I took a chance on these and they work great. I've replaced both bulbs and nothing has exploded, so it's nice to have several on hand for the next time. I will definitely continue to purchase these.

Range Hood Capable
One of my UCB’s burned out after 5 years (my fault). I purchased a 3-pack of replacements with the same wattage, voltage and base. Each one lasted about 6 weeks then failed. Found out that these bulbs designed for the hood withstand the hot conditions better than the “standard” bulb. Since buying and installing the bulb I’ve had no problems. And I have a lifetime supply of replacements.
