Expensive, but saved me $600 in new ball-bearing over racks
My wife neglected to remove both ball-bearing full extension oven racks when using the "Clean Oven" feature that operates for 2 hours at 500 F on our new Wolf range. The result: The finger pressure sliding of the extended racks now became metal-to-metal jamming and screeching when attempting to use either. As replacing both racks was over $600, I tried using a couple of lubricants. But I learned - as other reviewers have - that these tend to emit a mechanical odor and begin to fail as temperatures exceed 400 F. Both racks were shot. Or so I thought. As a last resort I tried this expensive Krytox grease. Problem solved. I applied about 0.1 oz to the rails and bearings housing of each rack, slid them back and forth a few times to work the grease in and put them to the test. Both racks operate as good as new, and have been in daily use for 2 months now. No odor. No failure. Everything still performs as expected. I've not had to apply any more grease, and still have half of the tube remaining.I can't speak for every situation, but Krytox solved an otherwise expensive problem in our kitchen.

Only thing I use for my retractable sunroof. Nothing else I have tried works as well.

Fixes Sunroof Sticking and Creaking
I used this on my sunroof seals after cleaning them really well with alcohol. A little goes a long way with this stuff, but it's easy to apply and appears to last a long time. This fixed the issue I was having with my sunroof sticking and not opening and creaking noises going on rough roads.

Finally an excellant auto weatherstrip dressing!
Works great on auto weatherstripping. No oxidation like all of the silicone based greases and liquids I had used up to this point. Does not leave a sticky film for dust and dirt collection or to get on clothing either. Works well to quiet noisey squeeks on interior plastic to plastic contact surfaces as well. Only drawback is the price!

Best PTFE grease
A small amount of this grease goes a long way. The highest quality on the market and costs only pennies per use.

No more squeaks
Expensive, but good things usually are. I've used it throughout my 2013 Taurus' dash pieces and vents to eliminate plastic squeaks and creaks which Ford includes as bonus with every car they make. Worked like a charm and even after close to 2 years after application, the grease is still in place braving New England's freezing winter temps as well as getting baked outside in the unforgiving summer sun.

It it worth the price?
We had the company come in and give a presentation on their product. Afterwards they provided small sample handouts, of which i quickly made sure to get one. I had been using it very very frugally. When it got to the point i was looking for my sample, i jumped to Amazon and had to find the stuff. Was the product worth the price??? If i had never used it, most likely would have considered it too much for the apprehension if it would work. Well i used it from my sample freebie and the stuff works.

Best Joint Grease Available
Krytox has long been the platinum standard Re: joint grease in labs everywhere. But it's typically very expensive, @ least 4 amateur chemists, & the smallest tube was ~$50usd.This smaller version finally makes the best grease on Earth accessible 4 amateurs. If used properly too, this smaller tube should last a year or better as just a dab in enough 2 lube a couple 24/40 joints sufficiently. 😎
