Confetti balloons do not hold helium
They arrived on time and as described except the balloons with the confetti inside, would not hold helium.

YOU HAVE TO PUT BANNER TOGETHER YOURSELF!!!
plan extra time to use display this because you're going to have to thread a needle and string the cactuses on string yourself. I was very annoyed by this, never seen a do-it-yourself banner. punching holes out of the cactuses made a big mess. I wouldn't buy this again since there are many cactus decoration options.

Cute decorations but poorly made
The decorations are cute however... The banner doesn't come assembled. Instead you have to use a needle and thread the string through while punch out holes.. allow extra time for this. The balloons with confetti in them didn't hold helium and the others leaked pretty quick as well.
