All about retained reflexes in plain English
Having read just about every book in existence on reflex integration, this one is so accessible to everyone, whether a professional, a reflex expert, a teacher or a parent who is only just finding out about reflexes and how they affect people. Moira Dempsey uses herself as a very honest and open example, and brings in stories by people who have used the Rhythmic Movement Training technique to integrate reflexes in themselves and other family members. If you are interested in investigating the causes of emotional, behavioural and learning challenges and finding out about how to reduce or eliminate them, or you are intrigued to find out more about how your reflex integration practitioner works, this is one book you need to read.

A must read for parents and anyone who works with children!
This book is an excellent introduction to the infant reflexes and the role they play in developing a child's ability to feel safe in the world and become a good learner. It explains about the reflexes in a very accessible way and the 'journey of the reflexes' really comes alive with the stories Moira shares. She tells her personal story with honesty and openness - I think a very brave thing to do! Thank you Moira Dempsey for writing this book and for all you do to help make life better for children across the world.

Very useful book.
Explains in detail why behaviours occur. The tables in the end gives the cause of each and every behaviour. The stories narrated also give a ray of hope that our autistic child can lead a better quality of life
