Safe and comfortable!
This is a great product if you are an on the road enthusiast. These have worked so good for the past two years. I've worn them in cold and hot weather and they work grat on both. Besides, they are very safe without compromising comfort. I can notice they are great quality since they are barely worn out and I use them quite regularly. True to size as explained in the chart.

Great boots for street/touring
These are a great street or touring boot. Extra material where it’s needed along the top of the foot for the clutch contact and not excessive as similar boots from alpine star. I was ordered a different pair of astar boots that had lots of padding along the shin; those would not fit under my riding pants. These work out perfectly and still have some padding and structure along the shin for protection. Great deal!

Can wear all day
These get warm in the heat but I wore them all day around Denver and Kalispell this summer, and while riding the Oregon and California coasts last week. I broke them in riding around the streets in Denver then ended up hiking Werner Peak in northwest Montana while huckleberry picking with my family. The hike was unexpected. I was planning to just ride around while my parents and the kids picked the berries, but I felt safer being with the group and keeping an eye out for bears and such. Surprisingly, these trekked up and down the mountain through loose dirt and brush without complaint. It was dry, hot, and the trail disappeared at times from lack of use but I didn't slip once. Once back on the bike, I was able to visit the peak via the main dirt road and these boots kicked away some large rocks and gripped a few turns without issue. Same for some other dirt roads, ruts, and some other rocky and gravel roads I was looking for.On city streets these feel great. Grocery shopping, bookstore visits, and any other errands are comfortable. My wife hasn't commented on them, or at least has no need to comment on my style choice (which I consider "good"), and my few friends that I have seen lately that understand motorcycles have complimented them.I much preferred these riding down the Oregon and California coasts.. I wore them all day and was back and forth on dirt and street roads (no single track or anything more complex). These will be my go to boots for street riding on the WR or my BMW R1100RT. I wear merino wool socks, and these paired well, thankfully. The boots look a little flat over the top - they don't keep a boot-like shape like a leather workboot - making them more of a casual boot (need a wide pant leg opening). If anything, I'd like a more hiking-boot-like bottom sole for hiking so am continuing to research.Euro size 42 = US 8.5Great boot. The Velcro will wake a sleeping spouse or kid. Grip is surprisingly good in dry conditions. Boot is comfortable, can be worn all day after break-in, feels safe, and operates levers comfortably.

Exceeded my expectations
I was a bit hesitant to order these boots as I seem to have a difficult time getting the right fit unless I'm in the store trying them on. My feet are 10.5 Wide - these weren't offered in "Wide" but thought I would try 10.5 just the same. They arrived and they fit perfectly! They are really comfortable and appear to be really well built as all my other Alpinestars gear is. I expect they will last a very long time. I'm glad I ended up with these boots.

This is quality, gonna need some break in time
Thick quality materials, as it should be. I’ve been keeping left toe clamped in vise to help leather loosen up and make room for shifting. Recommended.

Nice nice nice
These are some of the finest riding boots I’ve owned. I am a long distance rider with hundreds of thousands of miles on my ass.

Warm and dry
Love them. They are warm with just a plain old sock when it 30 degrees out riding. Stick sole is great. Sturdy construction. Do not plan on wearing these above 65 degrees though. To warm for that. They are excellent at keeping your feet warm and dry. Road in lots of rain with them. Solid product.

Very good boots for the price.
I've had returned the boots before because the size (It would be great the web page incorporate equivalences in US sizes), and because they were not new. At last I got a great new pair of boots that fit as gloves.
