The battery life is not going to be the longest ever but other that that, dandy lil light
Hunting varmits at night and the only thing is the battery life. Not the longest.

The flashlight has only turned on twice
Despite charging the battery upon receiving the light and removing protective film, I have not been able to get the light to turn on more than twice. I followed the directions on unlocking, thinking that was the cause and even used a cr123 battery to see if the original Acebeam was defective....no luck. This appears to be a quality product but mine is sadly defective. I will be happy to update this review if we ever hear from the seller and get satisfaction.

cute, small, bright, short runtime
Have had it for 6 months, over 100 recharges on the battery, still going strong. Still my favorite around the house light. The moonlight mode is great for middle of the night, and it can light up a room when needed.This light has a sunlight color, and is a wider beam pattern and a nice spill, which for me makes it a perfect utility light. It's not bad outdoors because it is so bright, but for longer distance lighting you might want the OSRAM version which has a tighter beam.If you run in turbo mode it only gets about 15 minutes, and you have to cycle it as it cools off and heats up again, on high it gets close to the advertised runtime.I recently tried the Fiersh RCR123A (3.6v lithium) batteries in it. They run fine, the battery heats up a bit more on turbo, but is able to sustain the voltage, and lasts longer as it is an 800mah. I got 37 min on high with a 6 mo old Acebeam, and 47 min with a new Feirsh.

It’s bright…that’s about it
Purchased this light through another vendor. The light itself is of good quality and it is extremely bright for its size.The pocket clip is absolutely terrible. The fact you have to charge the battery with an external charger is terrible. The light is also very easy to activate and things in my pocket would turn the light off and on throughout the day. Cool light, bad design.
