Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock, 32-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)

Arrived without incicident. The only beef stock I use and am finding it harder and harder to locate in my area. I just made a beef/ Barley soup with it today and it came out great.

This IS the best chicken stock ever, but here's what I want to tell you about my experience with Amazon. I ordered a six pack of beef stock and a six pack of chicken stock at the same time. The total was $45 something. They were shipped separately. The chicken stock was damaged early in the shipping process. I contacted Amazon and they said the $22 something(I don't remember exactly)would be refunded. I purchased these through Amazon as the seller, which eliminated the shipping and handling charge with my Prime membership. I guess that experience with the damaged shipping sort of scared Amazon away from selling it again, because now, the chicken stock is no longer available from them. I have to use a different seller=pay shipping/handling. If they think I'm going to pay 22+ plus the $13 shipping when I just got the beef stock for a little over $22.00, well that's just not going to happen!This is not to degrade this seller(Bangella, I think it is). They are probably great and do a good job. The stock is the best. Buy it. Just try to get a good deal.

I bought a case of beef and a case of chicken stock because I had a hard time finding this brand at local stores. It came well packed, was delivered quickly and the best part is, that it is delicious. Not too salty like so many stocks. And a great beefy flavor. I use it for French Onion soup and it is perfect every time. I will order again.

I make a lot of soups that use Chicken Stock as their base, and after trying a lot of different brands, Kitchen Basics is my brand of choice. Unlike a lot of "broth" that looks like cloudy water, the Kitchen Basics actually looks and tastes like stock! I made risotto one time with a different stock and my wife commented that it wasn't as good as usual (without knowing that I had used another brand).Luckily, they sell this brand in my local Safeway, although it's not cheap. Depending on if I can get this one sale, buying in bulk from Amazon is often the best deal (if they're offering Prime shipping on it).

Short of making my own stock (whick I will do when I raise my own chickens), this is the next best thing. Plus, my kid who is anaphylactic to milk, peanuts , and allergic to eggs, soy, and cashews, has never had a reaction to this particular product (kitchen basics chicken stock NOT the low sodium one). Supposedly the other flavors are just as safe, but i am beginning to suspect a beef allergy, so we don't use that flavor anymore.Anyways, my grocery store hasn't restocked their supply yet, so i am on here to get more. I'm liking the price too! sure beats almost 4 dollars at my store (i mean each).

I prefer this chicken stock because it contains all natural ingredients. I find it a bit ironic that other chicken stocks that actually have "all natural" written on them include a preservative or two. This one is made up on only "real" ingredients.However, I'd been a bit frustrated as I use a lot of chicken stock and this stock is quite expensive at my grocery store. Purchasing on Amazon is a great option as it's 30 or 40% cheaper, though you are of course ordering in bulk. I use about one of these cartons for a single batch of soup.

I like this product. I try not to eat products with sodium and/or very low sodium. I'm all for any company that sells no sodium or low sodium products. I love that I can buy a case and have it shipped to my door so that I don't have to hunt for it in various grocery stores, only to find they've changed their stocking.
