Perfect for my needs

I started taking this to help with gas and bloated associated with my IBS, not really expecting much, as I've tried numerous probiotics over the years. However, I was amazed by how well this worked not only on the gas, but also on my chronic constipation. I've been suffering for years from long term, chronic constipation and nothing, I mean nothing (other than laxatives) has been able to help. I love this probiotic. It did take about 2 weeks for me to adjust to it. It initially caused some wicked gas, but I told myself I'd give it a month before I quit and I am so glad I did.

At 15 billion CFUs per serving, it’s not the highest on the market, but based on what I’ve read, 5 to 10 billion CFUs per day is commonly used in clinical studies for general digestive health. So for a product intended for long-term, daily use, I’d say this level is reasonable and sufficient.All in all, I think this probiotic is a helpful addition to a wellness routine — not a miracle fix, but it does its job. That said, it should go hand-in-hand with a balanced diet and overall healthy habits.

Too expensive

Love this product but it can be expensive price varies going up and down so you may want to consider subscribing to it when the price is under $20 .

So far I'm not impressed. I've been a Nature Made fan of vitamins for years and figured these would begreat for my problem. However, they don't seem to be as effective as others I have taken. PerhapsI need to give them more time, but in the meantime, having "issues" that are not being resolved. As faras regularity is concerned, it's not helping.
