Useless
I was ver5y disrsapointed with these, the alw4ays pads are very absorbent and comfortable but the pants are poorly fitting and bunch up. Certainly won't buy them again.

Very comfy if you don't need protection not good keeping you dry as it's a thin narrow pad inside a pair of paper knickers nothing else
