🐝 Buzz into Beekeeping Bliss!
The 4 Pack Bee Feeder Entrance Feeder is a durable and convenient tool for beekeepers, made from dense plastic with a metal lid. Its design allows for easy observation of water levels, making it simple to monitor and refill without disturbing the bees. Ideal for both spring and summer use, this feeder is perfect for ensuring your bees have access to sugar water when nearby plants are not yet producing pollen.

My bees were curious right away and began using the entrance feeder.
I couldn't tell where these were made as there wasn't any writing on the packaging or plastic. This is my first time using an entrance feeder, beek since 2013. No need to break the propalis seal, still having freezing temps at night so I didn't want to create a draft. I mixed up 4 quarts of boiling water and added a 4 pound bag of pure cane sugar. Mixed it it in until disolved and let it cool with the lid on the pot. I bought 4 of these for 2 hives. I poured the solution into quart Ball jars with the standard size opening/mouth. Mason jars would work too. Screwed the caps with holes on and pressed the plastic base on the cap (in the upright position). I removed my entrance reducer and slid the plastic base into the opening and it just rests there. The weight of the solution is the only thing keeping it in place with leverage on the bottom of the hive body. It hasn't moved in two days and we have had wind and rain. The bees are taking the feed as I can see the slow consumption. No leaks or drips at this time. Everything seems to work great with this simple design. I hope it lasts and I would consider buying more especially for August when the dearth is on. Good luck. Jim in northern Virginia.

Easy use
These work well - for people who don’t mind a front entrance feeder. I have not had any problem with robbing as long as every hive has one.

Works like it should. Bees have no issue.
The media could not be loaded. These do what they say and will last for years if kept well, as anything. Bees have no problem getting in there and you can even see their "tongues" coming through the perforated holes and drinking if you watch VERY closely.Glad to have them as they are important in early spring when the girls really need a "flow" but there isn't one yet.

Worth the Price.
I bought four of these for $13 dollars. They are made of plastic but what do you expect for $13 bucks. These will probably last a couple of years in the FL sun then I can see me replacing. The metal ring was loose but mine did not leak. The bees didn't seem to care.

Works!
These entrance feeders were purchased to replace some wooden ones which cracked and were hard to clean. So far, these are working well.

Would buy gloves again
What I like about the gloves is they work. I. bought the gloves to wear while my hands are healing and need to be protectedWhat I don’t like is the gloves begin to rip at the seams as soon as I put them on. For me these gloves are good for one time use only

For my honeybee hive splits
I only feed sugar syrup to my splits and swarm catches. I use this and reduce the remaining entrance to prevent robbing. In home feeders had too many drown bees

Good stuff
Well made . Will get plenty of years from it. Not a bad feeder for the front of your hive .
