If you're a hgv driver/van driver, and are always on the road. Order one of these, and at the same time. Tell the Mrs to get in the kitchen and start cooking food in bulk to put in plastic freezable/microwavable containers.The instructions say to put the food directly into the removable metal container. But DON'T BOTHER DOING THAT. Just pop in your plastic container. And save cleaning up. It still heats the food PIPING HOT.. Give the food a mix half way.You'd think it just came out the microwave. Might wanna leave it 5 mins otherwise you'll burn your tongue like i did lol.Fantastic but of kit to eat Healthy on the road. Instead of relying on greasy snack vans etc

Working nights where I have no-where to warm a cooked meal, this little gem means I can batch cook currys, chilli, stew, pasta bakes, cottage pies etc, and sticke them in the freezer, take out one each day, let them defrost to room temp on my desk for a few hours and then remove the lid, stick it in here still in its plastic container (take away style) and warm. The food warms better and tastes better than a microwave, no dry rubbery bits. Easy clean, no noise, no mess, no steam/smell, my colleagues don't even notice its in use, until I start eating! It's bubbling hot when ready. I do stick a splash of water in with in the food in the container with things like lasagne to keep it moist in there. It's best used with the food in a container as I fear the removable metal tray would stain and scratch with use.

So i brought this for work, because microwaves were not allowed in the office and this was something of a bone of contention. After spending a small fortune on lunch outside.Working in central London it is very easy to spend £30 a week on lunch if you're purchasing everyday.Therefore it pays for itself within a weekA hit, oh and then some... 5 of my colleagues purchased this off the back of my purchase because they saw how mazing it is. Not to meantion other people who work in other departments/floors.I referred so many people I should have got commission. Ha ha ha😀😆If you do have a microwave in the office, with this badboy you don't have to queue and clean the microwave before you use it. Non of that faff.I've heated leftovers, breakfast (banana fritters) and nachos.This is great if you have to work at desk through lunch. Food takes about 30-40 minutes to heat through depending on what you're having.Only regret is not purchasing this sooner!Oh and FYI yes I have burnt my tongue the other reviwers didn't lie, it heats up that well.No, you don't get smells. No one knew i was heating my food until I took the lid off to eat.

So far so good ! Being a truck driver I wanted something to heat some meals I’d pre-cooked at work , I was a bit sceptical but seeing other reviews thought I’d give it a go.I am impressed! I put my lunch in there from the fridge, (used one of those plastic Chinese takeaway tubs for my lunch and put that inside with lid off) I plugged it in about an hour and a half before I wanted it - checked it about 30 mins in and gave it a stir then when I went to eat it , hour and half later it was SO hot it burnt my tongue! Next day left it for just under an hour and it was just right!Certainly a game changer for me!Only thing, I wish I’d bought a 24v one instead of 12v as I had to buy a din hella plug Adaptor for the small 12v plug in the truck.On the whole I’m glad I’ve got it now , no need for “cold” food very day 😊

I was a bit dubious tbh about buying this. I work long hours every day and come the cold weather you want a hot meal instead of salad everyday. But I came across this little fantastic box!!! I have actually purchased 4 of them now for the hubby and 2 friends that I recommend them to. I do plug into cigarette charger and give it a good hour to heat up and its lovely and hot enough to eat.

I work in an office where there's no microwave so I bought this and I keep it on my desk and then I bring lunch in. I pop it in the tin, put the lid on and turn the lunchbox on and then it heats up while I'm still doing work. It takes a while for it to get hot but the food turns out much nicer than microwaved food and now I kinda wish I had one at home too.After I've used it I take out the tin and the lid and wash them up and then it's ready to go again tomorrow.

I am a lorry Driver and i brought this product on the back of reading a comment on facebook that i read which stated that one of my fellow colleague had purchase the same product and was giving it good reviews with his comment. So i thought i am going to try it for myself so promptly went about buying one delivery was expected the next day in which it arrived took to work on the friday and set about using it whilst at work. I didnt go around putting to much in it to heat just in case it didn't work but i can honsetly say after giving it half an hour of puttting my dinner in it it wash piping hot.infact you would of thought it had come out of a ovenI have been doing my job for over thirty years and i can honestly say it on of the best thing i have bought to aid me with being comfortable in doing my job

I was not sure about this product when I ordered it so have used it for the first time today OMG I was amazed it was nice to use my food was piping hot I made all my work friend jealous as I’m trying to loose weight I need to be organised with my meal I work 12 hour shift so missing to many main meals now I can make extra I put one up for the next day great value for money amazing
