MCIGICMVoltage Tester, 2.5V-30V Mini Digital DC Voltmeter with 0.28 inch LED Display (5 Pcs)

I purchased these for a project that benefited from a dedicated battery board, and these were the perfect fit to be able to monitor voltage without having to break out a multimeter.They are accurate enough for what I needed them for, and considering the price, I would consider them a good deal.There were a few times where my multimeter read 3.7v, and these read 3.8v, or vice versa, but I can't say for sure which one was off. It also didn't matter as I did not need high precision, and while there was a small discrepancy, they were reliable in their readings.If you do need an extremely precise measurement, then these aren't the best choice, but they also aren't intended as such and you probably wouldn't be considering these for such use anyway.For me, they worked as described, gave me a reading that was well within my needs, were cheap for a bunch of them, and came quick. I would recommend them for simple projects and kits and would buy them again.

Nothing bad to say about this item, it does exactly what it supposed to do, is good quality for the price

Great price and the display is nice, readings are a bit high, maybe by like .6v at the most but it's fine for anything I need and at this price it's hard to complain.

Work great, easy to use and inexpensive

I love these displays, but mostly I use the green one for monitoring a nickel metal hydride battery to know when it needs to be recharged, I calibrated the meter with my fluke and then use some clear heat tubing to protect it, I had to place a thin polarizer sheet in front of the display to be able to see the numbers more clearly because they are so dim it was hard to tell them apart from the non-energize segments. The polarizer did the trick, but it also made the output even more dim which you have to turn away from a light to be able to see. This device has a pretty wide voltage rating so I’m sure it higher voltage is it probably is a little bit brighter, but I can’t confirm that. I love that it’s very small and fits right on the in-line cable from my battery to my game, I just wish it was a little brighter at low-voltage use.

I received 5 different color units. Four of them are excellent. But the RED one blew up an IC as soon as it was connected to the battery. With the same polarity and 12 vdc supply voltage, all four other units work fine. Can you replace the no good RED unit?

Great price, small size, accurate and easy to utilize. What's not to like?

One or two units did not function. Other units did not turn on until well above 3.3V. Needs to be redesigned to provide three leads: Vcc, Ground and Signal.
