Good quality grinder
This was a very well built grinder. It does a great job of grinding the beans. I give it a five star 👍

Excellent Quality and Functionality
This is our third purchase of this same grinder over the last 14 years. We grind coffee about 5 times a day and also use it to grind nuts/seeds, etc. The last one still runs great but the plastic holding the blade to the center of the basket has broken over time. I wish the baskets were sold separately since the motor is still going strong. Still very happy with this grinder. It's functional and easy to use, and we use it pretty much constantly.😊

Best grinder ever!
Love this grinder. I accidentally melted the lid on my last one that I have had for several years so bought same one as a replacement because it's so good!!!

Good, but a little messy
I don't have the problem with uneven grind that has been reported by a couple of other reviewiers. It seems to be best to grind with the cup at least half full. Lesser amounts won't grind as fine. You can grind all day and never get a powder, but it's a fine grind for regular day to day use.The only real problem that I can see is that the ground coffee will make its way past the blade drive mechanism in the bottom of the cup and makes a mess underneath. When you take the cup out you have to clean this out or when you try to reseat the cup it won't fit correctly. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they had gone to the trouble to engineer this in a way that would not allow the coffee to escape the cup.Tip: grind for 5 seconds, stop, grind for another 5 seconds, stop, repeat until you get the results you want. This seems to work better than just grinding away for extended periods as the pause and restart seems to mix things up for grinding better. I've found that about 3 or 4 of these 5 second cycles produces a very acceptable result. Grinding for too long causes the motor to begin overheating, and you can smell this happening, but it's not really necessary to grind it that long. After about 15 or 20 seconds it won't get any finer anyway. Not the best on the market, but it's not a $200.00 grinder either. For $30.00 it's an above average deal. I give it a "thumbs up."

TERRIBLE customer Service
I bought it just about a year and a half ago and first, the plastic parts of the grinder cup broke within a few months. I filled a claim with the manufacturer on the warranty and they sent me a new grinder cup after almost a month. Then in July, 2024 it just stopped working altogether. It had a 3 year warranty, so I filed a claim for the whole thing. Their customer Service would send me one email a week asking for one thing to provide information about it. Proof of purchase or model number, date of purchase, what exactly was I doing when it stopped working. Week after week after week! Then they wanted a picture of it with the cord cut off to be emailed to a totally different email address, and then in 10 working days I will get another one. I waited 15 working days to check in and they replied after 3 days to say they didn't get the pictures! So I sent the pictures again and told them I will check every day. I finally got the replacement coffee grinder THIS WEEK! SEPTEMBER 22ND! Cuisinart used to have good products, what happened?NOT AMAZON'S FAULT!!! absolutely Cuisinart/Conair!!

Love this little coffee grinder
My second one. First one was 15 years old and the plastic finally gave way causing the blade to slip. With that longevity I couldn't resist a second.
