Not what I thought I was buying!
By looking at the pictures, and what I read, I thought I was getting a pointed stylus for use on my IPad. It turned out that the pointed part of this stylus, is not for use on iPads, it is used on items that can take a hard point. The round stylus is no different from the rest of the ones you can buy at a low cost. I am rating this because it is a good buy if you have two different types of electronics to use with it, but I don't. The SELLER, was very NICE and offered to give me my money back, so if he ever gets what I am looking for, I will LIKELY buy from him again!

Real nice
I'm new to the stylus world but I liked/like this very much...it's the only one I have that allows me to do a doodle note and then read it,! I forget there's a pen sometimes and that's a defect on my part. I'd have given it a 5star but didn't notice when I ordered that there's no " ring " or small hole to run a ribbon or string through.. I AM using the pen clip the same way I'd use one with a loop but am concerned i'll end up loosing it. I have the new iPad and for some apps it's almost a must.

Good product for those with nails or fat fingers
Just got this today and I like it. The capacitive tip is kinda squishy at the tip and works well on my Sprint Epic 4G, but be aware that the tip does not work on the 4 Android touch buttons at the bottom of that specific phone. If you phone has actual buttons for the Android keys, you should be fine if you push them a little harder on the squishy tip until it hits the hard center. My wife loves the stylus and will start using the phone more because of it.

Good iPad Stylus - Poor Pen
Bought this for my Girlfriend along with a couple of other styluses for her to pick the one that worked best for her. She chose this one. I think that says a lot. She also said point blank:" that's a crappy pen, but who cares, it's the one I like using".I have been using a Wacom Bamboo Stylus for about 8 months and I'd say this is about equivalent to it.By the way, we're using them with iPad model 1 & 2's .

Cannot secure tips not in use.
Very nice & solid. But, pull the stylus off to use ballpoint and you have a small part just loose. It does not clip securely to cap end.... I could not use the micro tip ( new to touch interfaces ) which is the reason i bought this one, wanting fine tip " precise" on my iphone , so it is wasted on me.My grandson will love it for Christmas, and not be upset with no packaging ;)

It's O.K.
Was hoping the pen could write on the surface of our iPad's 2. Bought 2 for me and my friend. He writes short articles and would have loved it if it worked on the iPad. No go! Oh, well! It's still usable as a pen and stylus. Will keep looking. Anyone else know of a pen that is usable on the iPad?

Functional, but not comfortable
I purchased this stylus because I wanted a "fine point" stylus tip to use with handwriting apps on my iPad2. It arrived quickly. The regular sized stylus tip shrinks up from time to time...strange...and you have to manipulate it to get the shape back. That tip works like most do (3 out of 5 stars), but I wasn't able to use the "fine point" tip at all to write (0 out of 5 stars). I realize now that that tip wasn't meant to be used on the iPad....should've read more closely before purchasing. The tip doesn't leave black marks on the iPad surface when writing. The slim design travels well and easily clips in pockets, purses, etc. Unfortunately, I don't use the stylus anymore because the silver bands around the stylus are etched into the metal. This chafes and irritates your fingers while you're writing making it uncomfortable to write for more than a couple minutes.

Great all-around small portable stylus
I was not as impressed with the stylus as I thought I would be. It wasn't because of a problem with the stylus. It was because I didn't pay attention when I read the description. This is actually 3 tools in one. One is a standard ball point pen. One is a stylus for phones or tablets like the iPad and the last is a hard plastic stylus of the type used by Palm pilots or the line of cell phones with removable styluses. Basically this does it all but you cannot use the fine point stylus to draw or write on an iPad.
