Does the job 🤔

Used for mounting LED pilot light in electronic project panel. It securely holds the LED in place, and makes the LED much more visible. This in turn allows lower current to the LED to produce a very visible light.

I hot glued all of my LEDs into these. They work fine, just very loose.

I'm usually happy with uxcell brand items, but these were a miss for me. The LED light was too recessed into the housing. The other brand I bought to compare it too was much better as it held the light just proud of the surface of the holder. The uxcell brand holder also seemed oversized. It was like you could also drop the light in from above while the other brand wouldn't allow that. It had to be put through the bottom and the holder and the rounded part of the light is the only thing that would go through the top and the wider part of the bulb wouldn't fit.I know I'm doing a poor job of explaining, but I hope you get my point. I will say that the plastic piece that holds the LED and inserts into the housing does do a better job of holding tight in the housing. However, while at nearly half the price, this just doesn't look as good as the more expensive brand and will be returned. I'm definitely not going to stop buying uxcell items because of this and everything can't be perfect. Hopefully they will improve this item though.
