Irem Turkish Tarhana Soup, 500 G

Easy to dissolve while cooking. This is important because you don't want the pieces to stick together and create little balls in the soup. It should be homogenous.The taste is of the traditional Turkish Tarhana. I like it.The seller needs to pay attention to expiration dates. My 3 bags were produced on 01/15/2019 and they had an expiration date of 01/15/2020. I ordered these a couple of weeks ago. So when I received them they were not expired. Now they are. I am going to cook them often to use them up.

Good but it's too spicy.It used to be not spicy which was better.

Taste of the soup is genuine, not salty as some others which is good. Very easy to cook also can be improved by adding red crushed peppers and a bit of tomato paste.

WHILE TATSY AS THE TURKISH VARIETY WE NOTICED THE SPICY ASPECT WHICH GAVE US A RASH AND ITCHING..ACILI IT TURNS OUT IS SPICY..
