Instructions state: not for high heat or olive oil or dishwasher
I ordered and unwrapped this 6 piece set, but after reading the included instructions I sent this product back -- so I haven't actually used it.The pans/pots have stickers that state low/medium heat only, and also the instructions state (multiple times) that these can only be used for low/medium heat (max a min or two at high heat) -- otherwise the non-stick coating will stop working. The instructions also state this should only be used with some oils and not extra virgin olive oil (which is all we use). Plus, despite the ad that states these are dishwasher safe, the instructions say best if hand-washed.Who doesn't sometimes use high heat or olive oil? Not what I was looking for, and I wish this had been more prominently explained on the website.

High maintenance pans not worth it
I have owned these pans for around 2 years now and they are not as advertised. They are finicky, difficult to clean, and I am beginning to question what the term "non-stick" is even meant to mean any more. First off, you can only use certain oils in them. One of the no-nos is sesame oil, so forget about making anything that tastes good because I tried it once and irrevocably ruined one pan. Continuing on to use only the recommended oil, and I always use oil because non-stick apparently means "if you use a lubricant it won't stick very much probably," I am now faced with an inexplicable sticky residue that materialized after cooking vegan chicken and zucchini (in grapeseed oil with nothing else but salt and pepper) that refuses to be removed after multiple soakings, scrubbings, and runs through the dishwasher. If you want sparkly, stack-able pans you will have to relentlessly baby and then throw away in a couple years then go for it, otherwise I cannot recommend these to anyone. Oh and the pots are fine because it's hard to ruin something by cooking soup in it I guess. So if you want pots that look like they're full of glitter than go for it.

Excellent durable non-stick surface, once you know the trick
A beautiful versatile cooking set. Love how the lids can function as strainers, really handy. The set is really durable if you know how to clean it. We had some small pieces of burnt oil that built up on the pan, and it was interfering with the non-stick surface. The Greenpan customer support suggested using a Magic Eraser to remove it, and it worked perfectly! Now the pan looks sparkling new again and no more sticking.Update: We've had these for almost a year, and they've survived many cooking mishaps. They're still like new. Allegedly you're not supposed to use olive oil or sesame oil, but that's pretty much all we use. The pans heat evenly and eggs still slide off nicely.

One broken piece😦
These are beautiful and I was disappointed when I unpacked it. It had one broken piece on one of the lids. I called amazon customer service immediately and they made things right with a 100% refund. I plan to immediately reorder these. The unbroken pieces did not disappoint.

Great quality cookware
I've had my 11 piece Levels cookware set for a little over a year now and purposely waited that long to write a review. The set has performed fabulously and is just as non-stick today as it was when purchased. I wash by hand about 90% of the time and will run something through the dishwasher once in a while. I love the stackability of the pans as it saves a lot of storage space. The strainer lids are the best! I use the two saucepans, the large pot, and the smaller frying pan the most, the two larger frying pans I have yet to use. I love the extra handles, makes it much easier to lift and manage when heavy.A few things I wish were different: - I honor the direction to use medium heat as the highest heat setting, this means things take longer to heat up and boil/cook. It would be ideal to be able to set the cookware on high heat as desired, but that is not the recommendation. - Some of the items in the set can be purchased individually and some cannot. I find this unfortunate. In order to get more saucepans I've compromised and purchased a set of three from one of GreenPan's other cookware lines.Overall I love the Levels set and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a healthier set of cookware with great durability and useful features.

Compact and Versatile
These were a great buy for our RV. If I needed a set for the house, I would buy another set. They stack beautifully, which saves space. The entire set fit in the under sink cabinet of our 25 foot Tiffin RV. I didn't need to buy a colander, which saves even more space, because they have a drain on the side of the pot and, they have a spout which makes it easy to pour liquid right from the pot. They are non stick and heat evenly and quickly. Highly recommend.

Almost a great set
I like this set, but a couple aspects detract from what is a nice set.The good: Surface is a good non-stick; easy to cook with and easy to clean. Lids have integrated strainers for pasta. The disappointing: lids have surprisingly sharp edges. I also like a lid for the skillet. However, the lid for the large pot is just slightly different than the skillet, so that it doesnt really fit.I really do like this set, but a couple of seemingly easy design details keep me from calling it a great set.

Good but over priced
Was really disappointed that it didn’t, was a smaller frypan. Not to mention, I would’ve liked lids for everything including the frypans. Very hard to clean the inside of the lids and they are so sharp you have to be careful how you pick them up or you can slide your finger. Could really have been a good sat but I need to rethink a few of these things. Really is made for people who cook large amounts of food at once because all of the frypans are so large. Nice cookware, main problem is the sharp lives and lack of lids for frying pans

Updated after using
My first reaction was, wow those pots look good but then..1) the lid knop got super hot while cooking and i wasn't expecting this, causing injury to myself2) the edge around the lid is very thin and sharp, another way to injure yourself or other family members3) i got arthritis in my hands and those pots are heavyNow the good things..The anti stich pan and the pots are really good for cooking, to me the best ever, cleaning is also super easy (hopefully it lasts a very long time

Perfect for daily use, excellent value, one annoying flaw
I bought this GreenPan Levels set (at what seems like a price too good to be true) to replace our aging cookware. The quality, craftsmanship and space-saving stackable design make them easy to love. The size of the pots, pans and even the grill pan fit great on our gas cooktop. So far they seem hard wearing and we'd love to still be using them in 10 years time... except for the metallic lid handles which are not insulated at all and tend to reach the same scalding temperature as the contents. It's much to easy to scald your fingers, and I've nearly burnt my hand several times. If you're the type who doesn't mind reaching for an oven mit or other form of heat protection before you lift the lid, then you won't even mind this design. But I can't help but feel they could have prevented this issue completely.
