So it works to some degree. My home office chair seat pad was flat and spending 7 hours a day on it was a right pain.This was the cheapest option, it’s comfy for long hours, doesn’t get sweaty but there are 2 draw backs, Main one is it should be longer! And it does raise you up a bit just so you know.Overall a good purchase just wish it was longer.

Does not go flat when sat on but supports well with good wide cutout for coccyx to rest without pressure. Excellent value and works . Best I’ve had.

Due to an injury, I've had tailbone pain on and off for the past number of years. I ordered this cushion to help alleviate the symptoms.I received a cushion with a grey cover unlike the black cover as advertised. The cushion also has no gel base, so it does move around on the chair after a while. The leaflet that came packaged with it also showed a black cover, rather than grey.The cushion seems well built and had no unpleasant odour out of the packet (as memory foam products sometimes do). I've been using it for a few weeks now and can see no noticeable wear to the cushion or cover. It has helped alleviate the pain somewhat over the past few weeks.For me, the cushion does tend to flatten after sitting on it for some time, resulting in your tailbone area resting on the chair. It's does bounce back again once you get up, so I take this as a cue to get up and stretch the legs.
