A Solid Choice for Those With Limited Space
I have been using the 50lb adjustable dumbbells (which are terrific once you get past the fact that they kind of look like toasters) and had been eyeing this portable bench for quite some time. When the price dropped by about $30 or so I took the plunge. For what it is, it's a solid bench especially for someone like me with limited space at home. It works great as a standard bench, although if you want to use it for incline bench press I recommend placing a standard-sized cinder block under the legs by your head so the widest side of the cinder block is on the ground. This gives an angle closer to that in a gym while keeping the bench stable. For reference, I am 6'2" and about 175lbs.Pros:Very stableRelatively lightweightComfortable paddingEasy to fold up and store when not in useCons:Very disappointed when I turned the bench over to see a Made In China sticker. I'm not necessarily against buying items made in China (hello, smartphone), but as the dumbbells are stamped "Made in USA", I expected to see the same on the bench. Alas, it wasn't so.I am curious to see how this holds up across several months of regular use, so will update my review in a few.

I’m impressed ! Highly recommended.
Short version: -Zero assembly required, you open the legs and lock the pin through the holes.- It is very steady and secure, at least for a small female who has been lifting at gyms and at home for many years. Longer review: I spent weeks researching what to purchase since I was moving far away and couldn’t bring my full-size bench press and weights. I am now in a small space for a few months, and I don’t want to sacrifice safety and form. I know I’m a small person at 5’4”, but this bench is surprisingly steady and firm. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far, but I did chest presses and flys, and, as well as tricep dips, and this thing didn’t even move!Setup was easy, another reason I bought it over another brand. You just open the legs, lock the pin , use the bench , then fold it again when done. That’s it. I keep mine under the bed.I’m truly surprised at how stable it feels so far. Not sure what will happen with someone over 200lbs. I am 130 lbs and tried to make it wobble when I got on it, to see where it became unsafe, without success.Yes, may be a bit short and narrow for bigger people, but I’d try to check it out at a store if possible. It’s a great travel bench to keep in small spaces or to bring in your car. It’s more stable and safe than bigger cheaper brands. Safety first!I will update if anything changes as I continue to use it.So far, highly recommended.I’ll go back to my happy place now: working out in the comfort of my small home while I listen to my favorite music or watch my favorite show 😉.

Great compact bench
I exercise at home. I've done a lot of work out programs & always had to do some exercises on the floor which was awkward. The legs on this bench fold up easily. I keep it in my pantry. It's not too heavy either. It's pretty sturdy. I can properly do bench exercises now. I use it almost every day since I received it in May. It's almost September so it hasn't been a wasteful purchase. It's been worth every penny especially since I'm not wasting money for a gym membership.

Great portable bench
This is the best and greatest portable workout bench I've owned/used/seen. It's extremely compact, sturdy, and portable. The construction on the unit is really well made and it comes per-assembled! I've been using this bench for awhile now and its held up just as new as the day it arrived. When it first arrived I was afraid of its stability because of the edge leg. If you noticed its made of two flat short plates. But it works perfectly fine, it doesn't wobble or shift and I'm using the bench on carpeted floor. With the legs folded down, you can either store it under your bed, if your bed is high enough, closet, or placed against a wall. The bottom leg can also be left folded down for a 45 degree inclined workout. Their customer service is pretty good too, as my unit had a dented lock pin due to shipping. When I called, they sent me a new one within a couple of weeks no question asked. Highly recommended for anyone with limited space!

Low and very stable.
I wanted a lower bench since I'm short and it helps me use good form while benching. This is one of the only I've found that is the ideal height. And it doesn't wobble or shake. Well built.

PowerBlock Travel Bench was higher quality than expected. Perfect for dryland swim training.
I had been searching for a swim training machine for quite some time. I had considered the Vasa Trainer, the Vasa Ergometer, and the Halo Swim Trainer bench, all too expensive for me. What I really needed was a folding weight training bench and the StrechCordz system. I ordered the PowerBlock Travel Bench and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness of this little folding bench. I use it both for swim training exercises with strechcordz ( those rubber stretch cords ), and as a simple horizontal weight bench with dumb bells. This is the perfect, and also the most affordable system that I could put together for my specific needs. I am a surfer, but I can't get to the beach often enough to keep my paddling muscles in tone. This folding weight bench with rubber stretch cords, and some light dumb bell work are just what I need.I should mention that I was happy that my PowerBlock Travel Bench turned out to be the new version with the rounded ends (emulating my short board somewhat). The Vasa Ergometer and Vasa Trainer are way too expensive for me, and take up too much storage space. The Halo Swim Trainer, at $400, is closer to being affordable but the bench does not look sturdy enough to use with dumb bells.I made the best choice in terms of storage space and the quality of construction is outstanding.
