I think I may have received the wrong product. I got a 4 screw terminal instead of 8 screws, and the foam packaging looks like it was supposed to include something else. I was able to connect to the device on its own wifi port and log into its website. I configured it to attach to my own network. Unfortunately my router never sees the device show up. I found instructions to reset it. I found a way to do it - but nothing happens. It does not reset to factory. I'm unable to use this device until it resets.
