Way better than Julai
I happened to buy a set of these as well as a set of the Julai liners. These went on my wife’s ebike super easy. The julai were impossible to install, way to twisty and easy to tangle. I threw them out.

Helped me avoid the dreaded slime
98% of my mtb riding is in areas of very low risk for punctures so I just carry tube repair kits and spare tubes... but I installed these for use on a vacation in the Phoenix area. Rode maybe 10-14 hours on various singletracks east and south Phoenix.... and a few way-out backroads. Lotsa sharp rocks, cactus everywhere...etc. Picked up thorns in the tread but none got through to the tube. Just pulled 'em out with fingers or pliers. No way was I expecting zero punctures. But that's what I got...zero. I didn't want to go slime/tubeless because I so rarely need that level of protection and wanted to avoid the effort and mess. If you prefer to stay with clean tubes, consider this approach! Installed without removing the wheels...easy. and clean. Did I mention "clean"? and "no mess". I'll go back to Phoenix again with this same equipment.

Great product. Have yet to install, but have same product two of my other bikes and they work great.

Works well on Plus Tires
Seems to be working well in my 27.5" plus size (3") tires. I had 2.10" tires on previously and flatted on a certain trail the last three times I rode it. I switched to the plus tires and added these tube protectors and have had no problems on my last 2 rides on that trail. One modification I did was add some electrical tape to the ends to get rid of the sharp edges.

Perfect if you want to use tube and prevent puncture repair
I practice downhill and enduro mtb, this product is perfect for regular tube to prevent puncture tire. I hate using cush core, because terrible experience on jumps and the tire feels flat. Tubeless not always save the tire and it's a mess when you have to replace the tire. My advice, just get a good dh casing tire with a good tube and mr tuffy 2.35-3 and its cheaper.

Doesn't work.
2nd flat since installing. Can't stop little stickers so they're pretty pointless.

Flat out awesome!
These tube protector are AWESOME. I have a fat tire bike and on my 2nd trip thru the park got a flat. (Tiny thorns) I put these bad boys on between the tires and tubes and, on my next trip to the park I got thorns in my tires but NO Flats. Now I ride worry free.
